To an increasing degree, our federal customers are requesting a more comprehensive Acquisition Support Solution as opposed to simple “staffing.” This support may also be accessed through our GSA MOBIS Schedule, GS-23F-9780H.

Services:

• Cradle-to-grave acquisition support in a federal agency workplace (pre-award and post-award duties that include acquisition planning, statement of work development, solicitation development, cost and price analysis, negotiation support, contract and delivery order development, contract administration, and contract closeouts).

• Efficient support in a fast-paced federal environment with a high-volume workload.

• Support in executing contractual actions for goods and services that are procured using Simplified Standard as well as complex acquisition procedures, commercial items procedures, Federal Supply Schedules (FSS) and Government-Wide Agency Contracts (GWAC) and Interagency Agreements. 

• Effective management of Government-site personnel (without Government intervention or significant over sight).

• Hands-on experience working with various types of contract vehicles and types, such as blanket purchase agreements, fixed-price contracts, performance-based contracts, time-and-material contracts, labor-hour contracts, letter contracts, and cost reimbursement contracts.  

• Experience using procurement automated systems such as PRISM.  

• Focus on selection and retention of qualified key personnel (with minimal turnover), so as to ensure quality personnel, and minimal disruption to the Government.
